Whole Diparma Chicken Roaster          Our Jumbo Cornish Cross chickens are moved to the pasture as soon as their feathering and the outside temps allow – usually between 2 to 3 weeks of age.  After 20 years of raising chickens, we have developed lasting relationships with our breeders allowing us to pass the savings on to you.   Our roasters typically weigh between 4 ½ and 6 ½ pounds and are currently offered at $6 per pound.

Boneless/Skinless Breasts          These juicy and tender breasts are a favorite on the farm and are perfect for grilling, baking, stuffing or stir-fried. Our delicious breasts weigh in between 1/2 to 3 pounds per package and are currently priced at $10 per pound.

Chicken Tenders          Whether you like your chicken fingers breaded and fried to crispy perfection or sautéed with your favorite garden vegetables, these tasty tenders never fail to impress.  Each package of these delicious morsels contain 6 tenders ready for your favorite secret recipe.   $13.00 per package.

Chicken Wings          Farm fresh wings are the perfect way to elevate your grilling reputation.  These meaty wings are always a favorite and sell out quick.  Each package weighs-in between 1 ½ and almost 2 pounds and contain between 8 and 12 wings. Get’em while they last!   $7 per package.

Chicken Quarters          Our bone in, skin on, quarters are a favorite of the boss, a chef, trained in the classic-French culinary arts.  She cannot say enough about the rich, dark meat of our juicy thighs and drumsticks, whether you are roasting them in a sage butter sauce or slow cooking in fresh garlic and pasta.  These chickens spend their lives on green pasture and the difference in taste really comes through.  Each package contains 2 quarters offered at $6.75.

Chicken Liver          If we can keep these in stock, they are available in 1 pound packages.  $5

Chicken Eggs          Our egg layers provide brown eggs with a few olive colored eggs (just to be different, I guess!).   From our coop to your table we offer our girls hard work at $6 per dozen.
