Our Jumbo Cornish Cross chickens are moved to pasture as soon as their feathering and the outside temperatures allow (usually 2-3 weeks of age). After 20 years of raising chickens, we have developed lasting relationships with our breeders allowing us to pass the savings on to you. Our roasters typically weigh between 4 and 7 pounds.
